The School of Natural Therapies is a well established massage and holistic training college, offering internationally accredited & recognised courses in Holistic Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Reflexology Massage and Sports and Remedial Massage throughout a growing number of venues in London, Brighton.
We also offer a number of post-graduate massage courses and workshops to complement your training, or develop and update your new found massage skills with us.
Our follow up courses are fully accredited and insurable with the major professional bodies such as:
ITEC, BTEC, IFA, FHT, CTHA, CMA and The Guild of Beauty & Holistic Therapists.
Our courses are awarded by ITEC (International Therapies Examination Council) who are an internationally recognised awarding body, recognised in 32 countries around the world. Our ITEC Diploma in Massage is a fast-track course, taking place over four months, so that students can qualify as soon as possible and can start to see an income sooner.
We are also a validated school with the renowned ISRM (Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage) run by industry leader Mel Cash, and provide Level 3 & Level 5 Sports Massage training.
Our aim is to develop your passion and love for the fascinating holistic world of massage, sports & remedial work, aromatherapy massage, reflexology massage, organic skincare and nutrition to name just a few.
Our team of dedicated and skilled massage tutors provide a personal and committed standard of tuition, which is reflected in the achievements of our students; not because they can teach but because they love to teach.
Offering a wide range of courses from Massage in Pregnancy, Reflexology, Organic Skincare, Muscular Aches and Pains to more exotic training in Aromasport Therapy and more recently Ayurvedic massage.
We also recognise that people want to study massage at different times, so we offer weekday and weekend options to suit everyone; our massage courses run over 2 days up to 3 months these are known as ‘intensive or fast-track massage courses’.
Our training venues are professional, well established and many offer convenient links to public transport, or offer parking facilities for those who choose to get there under their own steam!

About Us
Here at the School of Natural Therapies, we've been teaching ITEC massage, ITEC Anatomy and Physiology (A&P), aromatherapy and holistic therapies for over 21 years.
Our fast-track ITEC Holistic Massage Diploma has prepared a vast array of successful therapists; many going on to advance their massage skills on our BTEC Sports and Remedial Massage course; others deciding to study other forms of massage such as Hot Stone therapy, Indian Head Massage, Natural Lift Facial Massage or various forms of oriental massage - many of which we offer here at the school.

Deep Tissue - Full Body
Is there anything more debilitating than deep pain? That deep, nagging discomfort that just won’t shift, no matter what. This common complaint leaves many therapists perplexed and many clients achieving only temporary relief.
In this two day course we will examine some of the many cases of shoulder pain and learn new techniques that might help deal with the discomfort and help prevent recurrence. Along with the lower back it is an area where relief can be felt most immediately.
