Good nutrition can help support you
Are you suffering from digestion issues, headaches, low energy and moods, anxiety?
Would like to review your diet and get advise on weight issues, cravings and hormonal imbalance?
Are you aware that a poor diet may have an impact on our health causing a nutritional deficiency or imbalances which may have a key influence on our health and well-being.
Nutritional therapists work on understanding the root cause of your health concerns and not just the symptoms. This allows us to ascertain the nutritional imbalances and how these may contribute.
About Me - Sara Williamson
I feel very passionate about nutrition and supporting others to achieve and maintain their optimal health through nutritional means. My interest on nutrition started many years ago and I was always reading books on food, discovering new recipes and reading articles on the latest studies.
After a good career in the travel industry I decided it was time to return and study what I love. I am now a qualified and registered Nutritional Therapist after training at the College of Natural Medicine (CNM).
My philosophy is to support the body with nutritious food. This allowing the body to naturally heal and to have have a sense of balance. I have travelled extensively and experienced different cultures which I feel has given me a better understanding of different culinary habits and together with my professional study I brings into my practices.
With each consultation I focus and design a clear personal nutrition plan which has achievable goals in order to maintain a balance in mind and body for you.
I am a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy.
