We are Person-Centred counsellors having completed our degree training with Greenwich University. We also have specialist training covering a variety of topics, such as, anxiety, drug and alcohol addiction, self esteem, sexuality and stress management.
We are able to utilise the various models of humanistic counselling to offer our clients the choice of short or long term therapy.
Our experience includes working within the NHS and private practice, providing therapy for a wide range of client issues. Amanda also has experience working within a Youth Counselling Agency and Karen has experience of providing counselling in a drug and alcohol rehabilitation clinic.
We are both Accredited members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and we abide by their ethical framework for good practice which includes their code of conduct.

She has a BA (Hons) degree in Humanistic Counselling and is an Accredited member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
