Reflexology is a complementary therapy which promotes relaxation and well being. Reflexologists apply gentle pressure to specific reflex points in the feet, assisting the body to detox which in turn encourages the bodys natural healing process. Whether it be for pure relaxation or for more specific conditions, Serenity provides a friendly and professional service with a treatment which will be tailored to your individual needs. Reflexology has been known to benefit many common conditions such as sleep problems, digestive disorders, allergies, migraine, stress and anxiety to name a few.
Serenity is a home based business, with a dedicated treatment room which provides a relaxing haven from the stress of everyday life. All Reflexology treatments are finished with a soothing foot and ankle massage using essential oils.
