How does it work?
Hypnotherapy gives the client the ability to discover the hidden reason within the subconcious mind behind their particular problem. Very often these are very simple problems that have grown out of all proportion within the subconcious, creatiing blocks to growth and development. Hypnotherapy and its associated techniques enable the client to access these problems and deal with them in the present. The insight revealed allows the client greater understanding of themselve, allowing these blocks to be processed and removed.

Clinical hypnotherapy is a deep state of relaxation where the client can still hear and feel everything, in fact these senses are heightened by the experience, it is not to be confused with stage hypnosis, where candidates seem not to be in control of their actions.
