WHAT IS THE BOWEN TECHNIQUE?

This is a gentle hands on body work therapy that is very effective at relieving pain and promotes healing and general well being.
It usually acheives positive and long lasting result in 2 - 3 sessions, so you can be back to work or back in the gym in as soon as possible.
The therapy can be carried out over your clothing and don't worry if you are struggle to get on a couch because it can be done lying down or seated in a chair. Bowen Therapy is great for anyone of any age!
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

CAN BOWEN THERAPY HELP ME?
This technique is a proven pain reliever and helps to improve your mobility and flexibility. There is no manipulation of joints and no prolonged pressure, there are no oils or lotions and I use only fingers and thumbs making gentle rolling movements on precise areas of the body. It is therefore very good for people who are in a lot of discomfort and also if you are trying to fit it in during your lunch break.
