Welcome!
My name is Linda Marklew and I am a Mobile Reflexologist based in the Worcestershire market town of Evesham.
My background is in nursing & healthcare, and having a longstanding interest and respect for complementary therapy, I am now pleased to be able to offer reflexology treatments to you in the comfort of your own home.
My qualification and practice meets the standards required to be a full member of The Association of Reflexolgists, and I adhere to their Professional Code of Practice and Ethics.
Reflexology
What Reflexology Is:-
Reflexology is a non invasive holistic complementary therapy which aims to promote health and wellbeing through stimulation of reflex points, usually on the feet.
It is based on the principle that the feet are mirrors for the body and every organ and part of the body is mapped onto the feet.
Reflexology utilises this map to identify any imbalance causing system stress, and stimulates the body to use its natural healing abilities to restore balance.
What Reflexology is not:-
Reflexology is not a cure, nor does it diagnose illness or disease.
Treatments
Sole Reflexology offer mobile treatments in the privacy of your own home within Evesham and the local villages, other areas may be considered.
You are asked to provide a quiet area with space for a reclining lounger and stool, free from distractions and interruptions, and to allow sufficient time to fully enjoy your treatment.
Following your initial consultation and treatment you will be offered lifestyle advice to supplement and enhance your treatments.
Reflexology can be very subtle, first removing toxins that have built up, before rebalancing the system. Therefore the number of treatments needed to achieve sustained balance varies with the individual.
As the treatment experience is very individual to the person, it may be helpful for you to discuss what you would like to achieve when booking.
Treatment Fees
Prices are inclusive of 20 minute initial consultation and travel costs up to 15 miles from Evesham Town, discetionary mileage costs may apply to other areas.
Reflexology Treatment - £30
An holistic reflexology treatment for relief of stress and tension, excellent for relaxation and general wellbeing, lasting approximately 45 mins plus feedback time.
Reflexology Personalised Treatment - £35
A more intense treatment which includes the above and additional time spent on particular problem areas for those looking for more specific symptom relief, approximately 55 mins plus feedback time.
Reflexology Taster Parties for 3 to 4 people - £50
An introductory experience for those new to reflexology
