What is Reflexology
Reflexology is a treatment which activates the healing powers of the body by working on the feet and hands. It is both an old and new treatment and goes back to the ancient Chinese, Japanese and Egyptions.
By working on the feet applying alternating pressure on various points this can have a therapeutic effect on the body assisting with reduction of pain, stress and a number of common conditions including asthma, allergies and digestive complaints. Reflexology can cleanse the body of toxins and impurities, improve circulation and balance the whole system.
The initial Fertility consultation lasts for 1 hour 30 minutes where a detailed report is taken to assess your current health and fertility issues. A Reproductive Assessment is carried out and then, if appropriate, a course of treatments are set up. Couples can both benefit from Reproductive Reflexology and if a couple is already having assisted conception Reproductive Reflexology can assist the huge emotional and physical symptoms of this.
General Reflexology Consultation and treatment lasts for 1 hour 15 minutes. During that time a full diagnostic is carried out followed by a lymphatic massage and a soothing foot massage.
Reflexology is known to assist with many ailments and health issues, specifically those related to stress and relaxation.
At Soleful Reflexology we specialise in working with women who are seeking a holistic, drug-free approach to wellness. Reflexology can be beneficial in relation to fertility and post natal conditions. It is also effective in alleviating the symptoms of endometriosis and painful periods.

Once this has been established I then come up with a treatment plan aimed at specific areas or conditions you may have.

About me
My name is Tanya Nicholson and I run Soleful Reflexology.
After many years of suffering with Endometriosis and trying various methods to help alleviate my symptoms, I turned to Reflexology. I found within a short space of time it really helped me with the pain I experienced, as well as being a relaxing therapy which helps with stress, and as a mother to 2 young daughters I really need to destress at times!
So I decided to train as a Reflexologist with the aim to help other ladies who may be suffering like I have, as well as helping with a host of other ailments.
I have recently undetaken training to become a Fertility Reflexologist to help individuals and couples who may be experiencing fertility issues.
