I've been a qualified working practioner of Reflexology since 2002. I also trained in Reiki healing and enjoy strong working relationships with all those who have come to have treatments with me.

I can provide a calm and relaxed atmosphere in which I practice both Reflexology and Reiki, when you arrive for the first time there will be a short consultation period where you and I can work together to decide on the best way forward to attain the goals that you wish to achieve from the treatments.
Reflexology and Reiki are complementary therapies and are great for giving you that extra helping hand when you feel the need to take a little control of your life and all that it throws at you each day.
