About me
My name is Theresa Fowler and I am a fully insured, qualified mobile reflexologist.
I am a graduate of the Ingham Method® of reflexology from the International Institute of Reflexology, of which I am a full member. I am also a full member of the Association of Reflexologists, and hold a Level 3 ITEC diploma (Credit) in Anatomy & Physiology, as well as a British Red Cross First Aid Certificate.
In addition, I have a diploma in Indian Head Massage and hope to add Hopi Ear Candling and Hot Stone Reflexology
to my treatment list within the next six months.
I am currently available to provide your treatment at your home, as well as in offices around central London.
Hand reflexology is also available as a separate treatment.

Services
Reflexology is a gentle and non-invasive science based on the reflex points of the feet and hands. It works by promoting equilibrium in the body through the principles of zone therapy to release any tension or discomfort within the feet.
By using specific pressure techniques on the feet, blockages and tension will be felt, indicating problems elsewhere in the body that correspond to the reflex zones. This is where the healing of the body can be both initiated and accelerated.
Reflexology does not diagnose and cannot cure diseases or ailments, but it can help to make you, the client, more comfortable, thus giving your body a chance to heal itself.
Like most complementary therapies, reflexology has its roots in the ancient civilisations of Egypt and China.
