Thai Massage
Manipulation of the body using passive stretching and gentle pressure with the hands, feet and elbows, together with Yoga and stretching movements. Thai massage will help to adjust skeletal structure increase flexibility, relieving muscular and joint tension. It will also stimulate internal organs and balance the body's energy system.
Aromatherapy
A gentle oil massage using a combination of essential oils to help alleviate stress and give overall feeling of wellbeing. Using different fragrances for different needs. It has a wide range of benefits - from the physical to the emotional.
Hot Stone Massage
Aids the client to experience deep relaxation. The therapist places heated Basalt Stones on the body's acupressure points and using a sweeping massage technique. The therapist, using smooth heated Basalt Stones, applies essential oils to work away muscle tension.
Swedish Massage
This massage is a system of long strokes, kneading, friction, tapping, percussion and shaking motions that apply pressure between muscles and bones. The masseuse follows the blood flow returning to the heart. This method is also used for breaking down cellulite.
Ear Candle
The Ear Candle works by causing slight vibration of air, caused by heat. It helps by gently massaging the eardrum and helps to draw out and loosen any wax. Each candle lasts for about ten minutes. This includes a neck and face massage.
Thai Herbal Massage
Thai massage using aromatic Thai herbal oils. Helps to detoxify and relieve muscular aches and pains. Sommai uses a warm, herbal compress which helps to nurture, cleanse & moisturise the skin. A truly relaxing experience.
Thai Foot Massage
Foot massage is highly recommended to aid relaxation and promote wellbeing. Your feet cover all the reflexive zones in your body.
Hand Massage
For people who don't like a foot massage. This technique also covers your body's reflexive zones.
Thai Head Massage
Very similar to Indian Head Massage but it covers the head, shoulders and arms.
Thai Oil Massage
Using a similar, gentler technique it also relieves muscular and joint tension. A relaxing, stress relieving, energising massage. Highly recommended.
Remedial Massage
This massage works to heat muscles and tendons that are damaged, impaired or knotted. It holistically treats the whole body and traces the discomfort back to the original cause. It uses specialised techniques to support and speed up the body's own repair mechanisms. The massage is applied directly to the skin usually with an oil lubricant.
