"Nutrition is a very powerful tool. Food has the ability to affect your physical well-being as well as your emotional & mental states"
Welcome You know you should be eating better. You are regularly told via the media that the key to good health is eating a balanced diet. You know all these things and yet you are not really sure what this entails, how to fit it in to your busy life, how to limit those foods and drinks you really like and maybe you think you will be one of the lucky ones who manage to avoid all the problems associated with a poor diet and lifestyle.
At Spring Nutrition we believe you should get out of bed in the morning raring to go, be able to fit in to the correct size clothes for your build, still feel energised in the afternoon, want to exercise, achieve a good night’s sleep and enjoy the pleasures of eating a healthy balanced diet.
Many people today just do not know exactly what it feels like to be healthy and many are walking about vertically ill. You may have come to this website because you are already feeling the symptoms of a poor diet, you may want to learn how to achieve a healthy balanced diet for you and your family, you may have been diagnosed with something that you need dietary help with or you may be completely confused as to why you feel under par most of the time.
Nutrition is a very powerful tool. Food has the ability to affect your physical well-being as well as your emotional and mental states. Changing your diet for the better is one of the easiest ways to feel good, look good and protect your future health.
We will work with you to determine the best possible diet to suit your problems and lifestyle and offer continual help to ensure you achieve your goals. We believe you should be able to have your cake and eat it once your body is rebalanced and you have an understanding of how to sustain a healthy diet.
About Hello, I would like to thank you for visiting my website and I hope you find it useful and informative in helping you make the decision to book an appointment to see me. I am a fully qualified and insured Nutritional Therapist registered with BANT, CHNC and NTC, which all have very strict codes of conduct. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutritional Medicine awarded after my attendance at Thames Valley University.
Having seen a Nutritionist as a last resort to my own health issues many years ago, I became increasingly interested in the effect food has on our health and well-being. I can fully appreciate that you may have come to my website after feeling frustrated and un-helped by conventional medicine. You may simply be aware that your diet is making you ill. Food is an extremely powerful tool in addressing many of today’s diseases and complaints.
It is my belief that we have lost our way with our diets. With 1in 3 ten year olds being classified as overweight, a massive increase in the number of type 2 diabetes being diagnosed and numerous mental health problems threatening the capacity of the NHS, many of us are just not eating to ensure our good health. This does not mean that you cannot have your cake and eat it. I believe in the words moderation and balance and as a busy working Mum myself I will make this transition extremely easy and pain free for you.
With this in mind I have a special interest in educating families and children in the benefits of eating a healthy balanced diet. I run a number of courses to help families as well as providing family consultations and talks to groups such as schools and clubs.
With the rate of infertility problems on the rise and complications in pregnancy I also specialise in pre and post natal nutrition and fertility. I am very pleased to be a part of the Southcote Naturally Healthy Pregnancy and Baby Evenings held in Maidstone. This is a completely free event to anyone trying to conceive, pregnant or recently had a baby.
Nutritional therapy can help with many health problems from headaches to eczema to insomnia to IBS to Chronic Fatigue. If you would like to know if your particular health issue can be addressed using Nutritional Therapy please do not hesitate to contact me.
As a Nutritional Therapist I am used to working with a vast range of health complaints and problems as well as being a specialist in the treatment of IBS, anxiety and depression, allergies and behavioural problems

The majority of people booking an appointment will need a one to one initial consultation and then on average between 1 and 4 follow up appointments. During the initial consultation, a detailed case history will be taken discussing your symptoms, goals, life style, current diet and medical history. Using this information you will be given a dietary plan to follow and if required a supplement plan. Before your first appointment you will be sent some forms to fill out and bring with you and you will be asked to write a 7-day food diary. If tests are deemed relevant to you then this will be discussed during your appointment. A follow up appointment will be booked at the end of your initial consultation and will usually take place between 4 and 8 weeks of you following the nutrition programme. This allows time for you and your body to adjust to the treatment programme.
