What is REFLEXOLOGY
The basic idea behind reflexology is that there are points on our feet, hands and ears that are connected by energy channels to organs and the rest of our body. Sometimes these channels become blocked which can lead to discomfort and poor health.
By massaging these points on our feet, hands and ears, practitioners believe they can help your whole body to become reenergized. Relaxation results in improved blood and lymph flow through your body with a corresponding improvement in your general overall health.
What is INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
It is a treatment based on old Ayurvedic techniques involving work on the upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, scalp and face. A variety of massage movements are used to relieve accumulated tension, stimulate circulation and restore joint movement. It is also used to aid the condition and health of the hair, particularly when combined with the use of natural organic oils.
What is REIKI
The word Reiki comes from the Japanese meaning a 'universal life force'. As a healing practice, Reiki is believed to have first been used in Tibet several thousands years ago.Unlike other alternative therapies, Reiki can involve a minimal amount of touching, I place my hands on or near your body, depending on personal choice.
What happens during treatment?
Your first appointment involves a survey of your medical history, carried out in complete privacy, where all personal details remain completely confidential.
You will be seated in a comfortable reclining couch.
REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology does not claim to be a "cure all" but many different disorders have been successfully treated using this non-intrusive method. Migraines, sinus problems, hormonal imbalances, digestive problems, circulatory problems, back problems, tension and stress have all responded positively in people who have experienced this most pleasant complementary therapy.
I will begin with the precise massage movements to all areas, using the side of the thumbs and fingers to apply firm pressure.

THERMO-AURICULAR THERAPY
This treatment involves inserting & lighting hollow candles into client’s ears. When the candles have extinguished naturally, the client’s outer ear is massaged. Thermal auricular therapy is said to benefit a number of conditions affecting the ears, head & sinuses.
Not suitable for those with grommets,
t-tubes or perforated ear-drums.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
The aim of Indian head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders.
Indian head massage is especially good for relieving stress, tension, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, migraine and sinusitis. Clients report that the experience is deeply calming and relaxing, leaving them feeling energised and revitalised and better able to concentrate.

Reiki (Ray-Kee) , which is known as ‘Universal Energy’is an energy healing therapy using the practitioners hands which pass energy to areas of the client’s body that are in need of re-balancing ,re-energising, aiding in self-healing and general relaxation.
Reiki is a non-invasive therapy which is carried out over the client’s clothing. The practitioner places their hands lightly over pre-determined areas of the client’s body. Reiki is an extremely therapeutic and relaxing experience.
