About
Sue has always been passionate about Nature and has taught Environmental Education in Field Centres for over 25 years and been interested in ‘Natural’ medicine for much of that time. Having her own family was the push to finally train as a Homeopath .These experiences combined provide an ideal background for Women and Children to be introduced to and treated with, this gentle form of healing.
What to Expect
Over time a relationship of trust is developed between the Homeopath and the patient so empowering the patient to take more of an active role in their healing.
Time Required
The initial consultation can be up to an 1hr 30 mins and Follow up appointments are up to 45mins. Childrens’ sessions are usually shorter. The first follow up is often 2-3 weeks later and dependent on the ailment, further follow ups are every 4-6 weeks.
Consultation Process
Homeopathy looks at the whole person physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. This means that during the consultation details will be taken to build up a picture of you or your child’s life such as your health history, your sleep patterns, diet and home life; all is completely confidential.
From this, the most appropriate remedy/remedies can be found that match you as a unique individual to help re-balance the body back to health. Flower essences may also be prescribed.
The Remedies
Remedies can be in the form of sugar pills, powders or liquid and are safe to use alongside any other medication as well as during pregnancy and whilst breast feeding.
