I have more than 9 years experience in Complementary Therapy and am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists. I have developed a broad and in depth understanding of a variety of medical conditions that I have successfully helped with, these include headaches, migraines, sinus problems, back and neck problems and many many more. If you are a keen sportsperson then swedish massage or hot stone therapy helps tired or fatigued muscles recover quicker as the deeper massage helps to release the toxins. If you are pregnant or just have a very busy lifestyle then any of the treatments help with unwinding and de-stressing you. I am a mobile therapist (within a certain distance).
