Established in 2004 Gabriel Thai Yoga has gone from strength to strength due to our compassionate, sensitive manner of dealing with clients. We never push you beyond your boundaries but will certainly make sure you are getting the full potential out of your body.
Who am i? And why should you try Thai Yoga Bodywork? My name is Mike Rigby and i have been studying and teaching Thai Yoga Massage & Bodywork for over 10 years. Thai Yoga Massage has become a huge passion in my life and I enjoy every minute of it, no matter if teaching or if doing a solo session, the feeling I get after is incredible.
I pride myself on being the upmost professional at my job. I always carry out sessions in a sensitive manner which is always appreciated by my clients. I have taught privately in people's homes for years and I always receive comments about how comfortable I make people feel before the session begins. This is certainly a key aspect of making sure you get the most out of your sessions. If you are relaxed and comfortable with me then your body & muscles will certainly respond better to the Yoga Bodywork.
I am a novice and have never tried Yoga Bodywork! That is certainly no problem in my eyes. I have worked with novices, beginners right through to fellow professionals. I would never make you do something you couldn't do so do not worry. Come along with an open mind and I guarantee you will certainly feel better and more at peace with yourself after the session. I love working with beginners.
How much is your service and how do I book my appointment? My service costs are totally bespoke and down to the amount of time required and the distance of travelling involved. The best advice I can give is to contact me either by phone or email and I will happily go over everything with you. As I say above as well as being professional I also pride myself on being very friendly and certainly not a sales person. If you contact me and ask for information I will always give you this without pressure to book a session. This is my guarantee to you.
