I specialise in deep tissue massage, reflexology and a variety of natural anti-ageing facial techniques. I also offer Pregnancy Massage, Pregnancy Reflexology and fertility reflexology.
I studied reflexology at the British School of Complementary Therapies in Harley Street London and qualified in December 2000. My studies in reflexology ignited a deeper interest in and a passion for bodywork therapies.
In September 2000 I embarked on a Bachelor of Science Honours degree specialising in Therapeutic Bodyworks at the University of Westminster. There I gained three years of practical and theoretical experience in the Health Clinic at the University Polyclinic working with conditions such as migraines, muscle tension, injuries and all stressed related illnesses.
After my degree I worked in various clinics around London and finally settled in Totteridge at the Amara Centre. I have been there for 1 years and built up a successful business and clientele. I now am also based in St Albans at my home. Previous to this I worked in North Finchley for 7 years.
During the last 13 years of qualifying I have gain a myriad of experiences in working to help people with all sorts of stress related illnesses, and have subsequently continued my practitioner development and gain a qualification in Eastern Facial Massage & Advanced Massage for Headaches, Migraines and Sinusitis.
My interest has widened to not only feeling good from the inside but also to looking good from the outside and I have trained in the unique technologies of Galvanic Spa Anti-Ageing facial developed in the USA. This treatment helps in reducing lines and wrinkles, reduce puffy, tired skin and give the skin a youthful glow. This company is also very keen on keeping people young on this inside with a range of high quality supplements which I sell at my St Albans clinic.
My passion for helping people has been with me since I was 11 years old, having been told from that age “you have the touch”, I could not abandon my calling in life. For the last 12 years I have been able to learn from my experiences, trained continuously and become a successful, empathetic and natural practitioner, which I hope will allow all people who come to me feel the benefits of my treatments immediately.
