A little about me
My name is Sara (said Sarah) and I live and work in Winton, Bournemouth. I have been a full time Complementary Therapy Practitioner since 2004 and love what I do, especially the energy work. I am also currently studying to become a Quantum Touch Practitioner
I am a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, teaching either 1 to 1 or small groups of no more than 4. Twice a month on the 2nd Thursday and last Monday I hold a 2 hour Reiki Share from 7.30pm – 9.30pm; this is open to all who have attained Reiki 1 or above. For my own students I hold a Reiki Day approximately every 6 weeks, which includes Chakra balancing, a meditation, a re-attunement and a share. I am here to support my students in anyway that I can.
I also teach 1 day workshops on “An Introduction to the Links between The Chakras, The Angelic Realm and Crystals” and “An Introduction to Remedies – Herbal Remedies, Crystal Elixirs, Homoeopathy and Native American Indian Remedies”; both of which include a manual which covers the information within the course (NB these are one day introductory workshops and do not qualify you as a practitioner).
I participate in local events promoting therapies and offering tasters and collate a monthly e-mail newsletter full of information on events, workshops, courses, shares and any other information that may be of interests to therapists and those interested in therapies. Hopi Ear Candling

Courses, Workshops and Shares
Learn Reiki
Reiki was rediscovered in the late 19th Century by the Japanese scholar and monk Mikao Usui and it is now widely used to promote greater well-being and health.
It is an ancient Japanese system of healing, several 1000 years old, that allows you to receive Universal Life Energy and as a Reiki I the first person you treat is yourself. You can also use Reiki on your family, friends and pets.
Reiki I is a 2 day course which can be run over 2 weekends on a Saturday or a single weekend, Saturday & Sunday, Weekdays are also a possibility. Courses are held at The Twin Oaks Therapy Rooms from 10am – 5pm at a cost of £98.
An Introduction to
The Chakras, The Angels & Crystals
Are you interested in learning a little about your Chakras and the links with the Angels and Crystals?
Sara runs an introductory workshop which includes a meditation, information on the Chakras, the Angelic Realm & Archangels linked to each of your Chakras and some of the Crystals you can use with your Chakras; finishing with an invocation to the Archangels.
Included in the price of £25 per person, is a manual with the information we have covered during the workshop.
Time: 10.30am – 3.30pm (bring your own lunch)
An Introduction to Remedies
Are you interested in learning a little about, Crystal Elixirs, Homoeopathy, Native American Indian and Herbal Remedies?
Sara runs an introductory workshop to all of these; the cost of £25 per person includes a manual of everything covered in the workshop and more.
Time: 10.30am – 3.30pm (bring your own lunch)
Sound Healing Share
Sara runs Sound Healing Shares from The Twin Oaks Therapy Rooms in Winton. These are 2 hour sessions, held from 7.30pm to 9.30pm, for up to 12 people at a cost of £5 each. No experience is necessary and all are welcome; be prepared to join in. For dates see my website
Reiki Shares
Reiki Shares are currently held twice a month on the 2nd & 4th Thursdays. You need to have attained Reiki l and be prepared to show your certificate if you have not been trained by Sara. All levels welcome
Time: 7.30pm – 9.30pm Cost: £5.00

You Choose – How many of you there are; how many sessions you want each and Choose from the sessions listed above
All Sessions are ½ hour. If you choose to have 1 hour sessions: this will halve the number of sessions available.
How many of you there are, is dependant on space available. It is best for you to have a room to relax in between treatments, space for the therapists to work (we bring our couches etc with us) and if you choose to have the readings, somewhere for the reader with a small table and 2 chairs.
