Strongman training is a unique form of training, popular amongst strength and power athletes because of its ability to build lean, functional muscle and strength. But strongman training is not just for athletes. The benefits of this type of training can also be used by the general population to achieve their health and fitness goals. If you're tired of conventional gyms and tedious workouts, this unorthodox outdoor training could be for you!
Strongman Training Camps are a big commitment where you will have the option of residential accommodation to help you focus on just your training. We will conduct full body strongman conditioning workout utilizing the finest equipment available including tires, sandbags, Yokes, farmers walk handles, axels, ropes, bands and chains. The Strongman camp also includes nutritional and supplementation advice. Remember, "You are what you eat" and your diet and supplementation choices will have a direct effect on your results.
We target people who are tired of being physically average, people who don’t make excuses, and people who have made the conscious decision to achieve their goals. You will be training with the likes of Laurence Shahlaei (England’s strongest man and World strongest man finalist), David & Mark Long (The UK’s Best & most loved personal trainers).
That said; our programs are not for everyone. They are designed to challenge, both physically and mentally, and we have high expectations of all our clients. As such, not every applicant will be accepted into Strength Camp. We do this to maintain the integrity of our exercise programs, quality of service, and reputation for results. But it’s important to remember that the best applicant is not always the fittest or the most athletic. The most important traits are your ATTITUDE and COMMITMENT.

Personal Trainer Having worked within the fitness industry for ten years, including for several nationwide health-club chains, Mark has gained invaluable experience with a vast range of clients from all backgrounds. A fully qualified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist, Mark also holds a Masters Diploma in Fitness Training and Sports Therapy and worked with premiership rugby side Bristol, as a Sports Therapist and Masseuse. Mark possesses the following impressive credentials:
