Clinical Aromatherapy Massage
Following consultation a specific blend of oils are chosen for the treatment. This custom blend is then used for a whole body massage, including acupressure of the back. Creates deep relaxation.
Indian Head Massage (Champissage)
A wonderful stress buster. A massage routine of the neck, head and shoulders to release tensions and leaving you feeling re-energised. Practised over clothes.
Reflexology
A treatment of the feet using energetic connections. The technique detects imbalances in the body and the therapy addresses them. This massage brings harmony to the whole body.
Reiki
A hands on therapy designed to balance energy and healing. A very advanced natural practice to relieve stress and improve health.
Shiatsu

Sports and Remedial Massage

Therapeutic Auricular Therapy
This treatment uses Hopi Ear Candles, a 100% Natural product for the treatment for dry, itchy, waxy ears, congested sinuses and hay fever suffers. A calm and soothing treatment.
