I am a fully-qualified mobile therapist and hypnotherapist, I attend either your home or your workplace and cover an approx 20-mile radius of the Greater Manchester area. (For corporate and full-day bookings I am prepared to travel further afield).

Therapies:
Creative and Spiritual Hypnotherapy: Issues with weight, addictions, phobias, confidence and depression can all be helped greatly with hypnotherapy. I also offer past-life regression and spiritual awareness sessions. Hypnotherapy can seriously change your life for the better!
Massage Therapy: Choice of Deep Tissue, Lymphatic, Ayurvedic or Swedish using aromatherapy oils. Full 60 minutes duration each.
Indian Head Massage: At home using aromatherapy oils (30 minutes) or workplace, through clothing, no oils (20 minutes) - group/corporate rates available.
Reflexology: Using reflex points on the feet to relieve aches, pains and other ailments. 45 minutes.
Reiki Master Teacher: Natural healing, 45-60 minutes.
"The Five Tibetan Rites" - a Yogic exercise regime consisting of 5 moving exercises and takes just 15 minutes a day this also includes a 5 minute rest and breathing period at the end. One-to-one or small group teaching.
Corporate Days: Full day at your workplace, choice of Indian Head Massage or Reflexology per individual plus lunchtime relaxation/stress busting class. Day or 'per person' rates available.
