Nutritional Therapy
Nutritional Therapy aims to identify and treat the underlying causes of health conditions instead of treating the symptoms. Underlying nutritional differences and imbalances may contribute to current state of health. NT is based on scientific research but is also a holistic therapy based on each persons biochemical individuality and uniqueness.
Nutritional therapy helps to optimise health, may prevent disease and alleviate symptoms caused by various conditions and can be used alongside conventional medication and many alternative therapies.
So whether you're looking for increased vitality, trying to manage your weight or have a specific health concern, this is a natural and practical treatment which can benefit you.

Clinic Service
Typical Consultation
I work with clients to assess their diets, any nutrient deficiencies and to help support their body and address any specific health concerns. I specialise in giving practical advice about food, cooking and supplements that a client can incorporate into their lives. I work with each client to implement changes at a pace that is acceptable to them and with an understanding of their individual life style factors.
Clients fill out a questionnaire and keep a short food diary before the first appointment. (The questionnaire is posted or emailed to you once you book an appointment.) You need to post/email the completed questionnaire back to me prior to the first appointment. The questionnaire is analysed and used as a starting point for discussions in the first appointment, which usually last about 1½ hours.
At this consultation any specific concerns will be discussed and a tailored nutritional programme will be developed. This will include dietary advice and a supplement programme.
Diagnostic Testing
Tests are available in the clinic and can be helpful in identifying the underlying cause of challenging or chronic health ailments. Prices vary depending on the test recommended. Test results are usually sent back to the clinic from the laboratory within 14 days.
Fees
Initial Consultation (1 hour 30 mins) €70 (£60)
Follow up Consultation(s) (1 hour) €50 (£45)
Dietary Coaching for children and adults (1 hour) €50 (£45)

Anne will accompany you on a shopping trip to advise and educate you on healthy food options to complement your nutritional consultations. Add on price of €35 (£30) to any of the above consultations.
