Welcome to Wild Yoga!
I teach yoga classes in north Wiltshire – mostly drop-in, heart-focussed yoga for relaxation, flexibility and fun. I also lead courses and workshops on specialist themes, including Yoga Nidra or the yoga of relaxation. I’m an accredited Yoga Alliance UK RYT200 teacher.
I’m especially interested in therapeutic yoga and host one-to-one sessions at the Park Lane Practice to address particular issues. I am also a specialist trained in Yoga For The Special Child, and teach one-to-one or small group yoga sessions for children with special needs.
Finally, I’m a qualified and FHT registered massage therapist.
Prices vary – around £7 – £8.50 depending on location. All classes are drop-in.
