The Orange Grove is deeply passionate about well being. Seeded in 2006, it has been growing ever since and offers massage, reflexology and Reiki throughout Hertfordshire and London.
Before we move into Spring next month, February is the ideal time to experience the popular hot stone massage and relish the last weeks of Winter. This deeply warming and relaxing treatment is normally £60 for 90 minutes, during the month of February this is reduced to £50.
Welcome to The Orange Grove Holistic Therapies
The Orange Grove is named after a place in Tauranga in New Zealand. While visiting this magnificent country, I lived on a farm and each morning would collect the fresh oranges to compress for a drink. The smell from the blossoms was so uplifting and gave such a sense of freedom that I knew these were the feelings that I wanted my business to emulate. My hope is that everyone that visits me, will leave feeling refreshed and recharged, having had time and space to reconnect with themselves. Through continual training and a deep passion for well being, I believe whole heartedly in the work I do and hope that this shines through each treatment that I give.
Therapies and location
As well as holistic massage, pregnancy massage, deep tissue and hot stone massage, I also offer Hopi Ear Candling, reflexology and Reiki. Often the session can include several different type of treatments, depending on the individual and their requirements.
I have a treatment room in Hertford and Brookmans Park. Treatments are also mobile and can also be in your home or office. Wherever the location, my aim is to create a sanctuary from the demands of everyday life so that people can re-connect with themselves, wherever that may be, in the office, at home or in the treatment room.

About Me
Having been interested in healing and complementary therapies for many years I became qualified in Reiki eight years ago. Following a successful career in PR I left London in 2004 to travel extensively expanding my awareness of different cultures and healing traditions. Over the past five years I qualified in crystal healing, reflexology and holistic massage. I see my work as an extension of my practises and beliefs understanding the importance of nurturing the mind, body and spirit to promote complete well being.

I trained in holistic massage with the Academy of Natural Health, one of the most respected pioneers of holistic body work and qualified with the MTI (Massage Training Institute) and ITEC (International Therapy Examinations Council).
I am a registered member of MTI, the only body in the UK devoted to supporting holistic massage. Through ITEC I am enlisted on the EMBODY register of professional therapists as well as a member of the Complementary Therapists Association, the largest international multi discipline therapy organisation.
For reflexology I trained with Energy Works - Philip Salmon‘s Reflexology School. Energy Works is widely respected for its profound teachings on energy medicine and holistic healthcare. I qualified with the AQA (Assessment and Qualification Alliance) and am a registered member of the AOR (Association of Reflexologists).The AOR is the largest professional reflexology membership organisation in the UK and Europe.
