Colour is pure energy and each colour of the rainbow has a different frequency and power, which reaches you through light rays. Light stimulates our body’s endocrine system, which is connected to our energy centres (chakras). All organs, body systems and functions are connected to these energy centres. Light consists of the 7 colour energies – red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. We can strengthen our energy centres through the conscious use of colour.
Our body absorbs light energy for nourishment on a daily basis. As well, our other senses can receive additional colour energy through a balance of different coloured foods, herbs, vitamins, aromatherapy, sound, minerals, clothing, decor and colour bathing.
Colour Readings
I like the colour readings to be interactive and fun. You are free to ask any questions, for example if you have any health issues or a particular dilemma going on at the moment.
During the reading you will be asked to pick 3 cards intuitively. The cards highlight the energies you are using at the present time, areas of challenge you are now facing and the energies which you should work with in order to meet these challenges. Colour readings incorporate the mind, body and spirit.
I will also ask you which is your favourite colour and which colour you are least drawn to at this time. These colours can be most revealing, as sometimes it is hard to consciously know why we are stuck in certain situations or repeating the same patterns. If your favourite colour has changed recently, it may mean a physical change like moving house or an emotional change of attitude.
Angel Guidance Readings
Angels are Messengers of God, and they love to give assistance and healing. They want you to know how much you are truly loved and supported. Angels are heavenly beings and always speak from a place of love, there are no frightening cards in the deck. Angel cards help us to communicate with the Angelic realm and are a wonderful tool – especially when you are starting out on your spiritual journey. We can all connect to our Angels – all we have to do is be still, listen and ask for guidance.
Before a reading I always tune-in to my client and the Angels for 1/2 an hour. During this time I am guided to sketch – usually this involves the chakras – the Angels wish you to know the energies that need attention and how to bring these colours into your life.
The readings are often combined with Angelic healing or cutting the cords of negativity, releasing you from past hurt or emotional trauma. I also ask you to choose a colour – the colour you are least attracted to at this time. Your choice reveals unresolved emotional issues that need to be unlocked and released.

I have been studying complementary therapies for many years and am qualified in Colour Therapy, Colour Analysis, Reiki and in teaching Meditation. I am also an Angel Guidance Practitioner and love doing Angel and Colour readings as they never fail to bring love and support to my clients.
Having always been attracted to colour and after training as a colour analysis consultant with Aston + Hayes, I discovered that many of my clients had an aversion to some of the colours which looked fabulous on them. Curiosity led me to study the psychology of colour and colour therapy. It then became clear how closely colour is associated with our emotions and ultimately our physical health.
I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and tried numerous avenues to improve my health, none of which helped. I contacted Susanne Murphy of Colour Energy in Canada and asked her advice. She immediately recommended a ‘Red Programme’ for me, so I ordered some products for myself. I can honestly say that after only a few days my energy levels improved and so did my motivation and drive.
I continued on the programme for around three weeks and haven’t looked back. I was so impressed by the results that I have become a UK stockist of many of their wonderful therapeutic products – having personally experienced the many benefits.
