I am trained in a range of therapeutic massage therapies for health and well being including Clinical Massage, Aromatherapy, Swedish Massage, Hot Stones, Reflexology, the fabulous Tsuboki Japanese Face and Foot Massage and much more, working on many levels to relax the mind, boost our immune system, calm and relax the nervous system, reduce tension and anxiety, improve the lymph and blood circulation helping to deliver nutrients to the system, mobilise the joints, manage pain and ease muscular cramps and generally encourage our body to feel a little better. Often you don't realise how tense you are until I start working on you.
It can be difficult to know what to choose from, so call me, and chat about the treatments. Why not mix and match some of the more luxurious treatments with a half hour massage for some well deserved time out! Mum's-to-be come along for some much needed pampering and relaxation before the big event. I also offer Seated Back Massage and Indian Head Massage that can be taken into your place of work - suggest it to the boss!

Massage Therapy - using a variety of techniques from Clinical, Deep Tissue and Swedish dependent on your needs, massage helps to alleviate muscular pain and removes the stress and tension built up in the body's soft tissue, easing aches and pains and increasing circulation and improving your mobility whilst offering relaxation and relief of stress where required. Each massage is tailored to suit the client and will procced after a detailed consultation.
Aromatherapy Massage - is a more gentle harmonising massage using specially blended essential oils to promote natural healing and lift your mind, body and spirit. More about relaxing and stress relief but very beneficial for the lymph and circulatory systems. Tailored for each individual client.
Hot Stone Massage - using smooth hot basalt stones to massage the body for a powerful yet calming treatment. You can feel the heat of the stone deep in the muscle releasing any tension and relieving stress and muscular tightness.
'3 in 1' Signature Massage - is a powerful combination of all of the above massage techniques to send you to oblivion and totally relax the body and mind, the only thing you have to do is wake up when it is over!
Mum's-to-be Massage - gentle, relaxing, calming massage with or without essential oils, tailored to suit you. Why not add a Blissful Harmony Foot treatment and really ease and cool your tired feet. (All pregnancy treatments commence at 12 weeks and with GP approval)
Indian Head Massage - with or without oils a very effective seated massage to relieve tension, headaches and neck stiffness.
Seated Back Massage - back and shoulder treatment seated in the ergonomic chair, ideal for 30 minutes away from the PC. Why not talk to the boss about arranging 'Corporate Massage', you all deserve a treat at work!
Hopi Ear Candles - gentle but effective treatment to regulate the pressure and clear and soothe sinuses and help alleviate headaches. Concludes with a relaxing head and face accupressure and lymph drainage massage.
Reflexology - precise pressure to the foot to stimulate the body's healing process and improve your physical and emotional well being. Add hot stones or a spa treatment to fully appreciate the effect on body and mind.
Tsuboki Japanese Foot Massage - fabulous, calming and relaxing intense foot massage and stimulation of the senses. Combine with a spa treatment to add that little touch of luxury.
