SERVICES
Reiki is a non-confrontational, non-intrusive form of holistic therapy. To enjoy the benefits of Reiki, all you need is the desire to be healed.
The most commonly accepted interpretation of Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is 'spiritually guided universal life force energy'. Reiki was discovered by Dr Mikao Usui whilst practising ancient Budhist meditation techniques in the 1800’s.
A Reiki treatment usually lasts about an hour. You remain fully clothed, and can be seated or lying down. JenniRay will gently place her hands in various positions just above, or on, your body. Healing energy flows through her hands into the energetic pathways in & around your body. You may find this so relaxing that you fall asleep. A treatment is a safe space & you may take this opportunity for emotional release.
To practice Reiki healing you must be attuned to Reiki energy by a Master/Teacher. Mastership level is achieved by training in 3 degrees. Each degree consists of approximately 12 hours teaching time. You are recommended to leave a period of time between degrees, in order to properly assimilate and familiarise yourself with Reiki energy. Traditionally, a student would shadow their Reiki Master for a year between attunements.
Each degree is certificated and accompanied by a comprehensive manual. JenniRay honours her commitment to you as a Reiki mentor, offering on-going support by phone & email.

JenniRay does not list prices here: finances should not exclude anyone from receiving the gift of Reiki. Attunements & healings are offered based on what you can afford.
QUALIFICATION DETAILS
JenniRay worked in a variety of statutory & voluntary care services from 1984-2004. She has trained in counselling, shamanism & N.L.P & holds a social work degree. She has practiced Reiki since 2001 & has been teaching Reiki full-time since 2004. She has individually attuned over 200 people. JenniRay has been designing and delivering self-development courses for over 15 years. During this time she has developed a 'tool kit' of practical, powerful techniques which she now incorporates in Reiki healings & attunements.
