Aromatherapy With Essential Oils
Stone Therapy Massage (90mins)
Wonderful massage using hot basalt stones and therapeutic massage. The hot stones give a greater intensity of treatment than regular massage can achieve. The stones help the body to release negative energy.
Reflexology
This involves pressure points and massage of the foot and ankle. It is extremely good for many health problems including Ibs, headaches, insomnia, joint pain, infertility, menopause, stress. Reflexology is an excellent therapy to have throughout a pregnancy (I have worked will many mums). Reflexology is very relaxing and calming. Helps restore balance to the whole body. I am an advanced reflexologist.
Hopi Ear Candles
Made by hand using traditional recipe with pure beeswax, honey extract and essential oils such as sage, chamomile and lemon. Excellent for headaches and sinus pressure.
Indian Head Massage (45mins)
Infinite Balance
This treatment uses slight pressure over energy points which releases and clear blockages in the energetic body as well as the physical and emotional self.
Holistic Scalp Massage (45mins)
