Class levels are either for:
- Beginners
- Improvers & Intermediates
- Yoga & Pilates Fusion – 'Yogalates'
(a mixture of yoga and pilates mat work for both beginners and improvers)
My classes are run in 5, 6 or 7-week terms spread over the whole year. For more class information and to book a place in class, please contact me or make an enquiry. You can join at the beginning of courses or – if spaces are available – during them. Morning and lunchtime courses usually have more availability and, providing a space is available, you can just come along and pay on the day – £9.50.

PREGNANCY YOGA
I am a fully qualified Pre & Post Natal Yoga Teacher with a British School of Yoga Association diploma and I have been teaching for eight years.
I have a passion for teaching and passing on my knowledge for the benefit of others. Below are details of my classes and some of the therapies I offer.
Pregnancy Yoga works wonders on your health and will improve your capability of having a smooth pregnancy and a natural childbirth.
Having a healthy baby is every woman's dream and yoga helps you do just that. Becoming a mother is a very personal journey, and although doctors and midwives carefully monitor your health and your baby's growth throughout your pregnancy, yoga brings a calm strength and inner balance that enables you to overcome whatever challenges lie ahead. You will find that yoga is a wonderful and valuable aid during pregnancy, which also keeps you fit and healthy throughout.
You don't need to be experienced to do pregnancy yoga as my classes cater for beginners and those with some experience too. You will meet other beginners as well as those who can share their first, second and even third pregnancy experiences.
Pregnancy Yoga classes are suitable for those from 12 to 39 weeks, and you can join at any time during your second trimester.

Corporate Yoga classes are available in your workplace, where a weekly yoga and relaxation class can help to reduce stress levels and leave employees happier, healthier, energised and relaxed. Tailored to employees' needs, classes are not just an exercise routine but a complete programme addressing both mind and body.
A six or eight week beginners' yoga course, consisting of a weekly 45-minute to one-hour class is recommended. This may then be followed by subsequent yoga classes expanding and progressing onto more challenging practices. Ongoing weekly or one-off classes held less regularly are available too. I currently teach yoga to school teachers, property development companies and marketing firms, who look forward to their practice to relieve stress and generate the energy boost they need.
I can also provide separate or follow-up lessons by email – such as short "yoga at your desk" routines to a morning energiser or an evening wind-down. Contact me for details of these.
