Hot stone massage combines relaxing warmth with touch therapy to help increase Lymph flow and flush out wasted. This encourages the body to detox and heal. The heat from the stones relaxes your body in a short space of time, so I can focus on working the tissues using both hot stones and hand strokes.

Usui Method of Natural Healing
'Rei' means universal, 'ki' means energy. The Usui Method of Natural Healing is a simple, non-invasive and natural method of healing which treats the whole person: body, mind and spirit creating feelings of peace, well-being and relaxation.
Oriental Face Massage
It is used to improve blood circulation, remove toxins from the face and improve your overall complexion and health. The fusion of these massage techniques works on the facial muscles and eases tension.
The aim of the treatment is to release toxins and allow the connective tissue to regain its freedom and elasticity resulting in visible rejuvenation of the skin. It can also relieve pain and stiffness in muscles of the face, scalp, neck upper back and shoulders and helps alleviate stress, anxiety, lethargy and mild depression.
Thermo-Auricular Therapy
Hopi Ear Candles contain numerous herbal, essential oils and tincture extracted ingredients. These include Flax, Honey, Beeswax, Sage, Camomile, St Johns Wort and Beta-Carotene which have different healing properties. When the candle is lit and gently inserted into the ear, a moderate suction action is created and the movement of the flame sends tiny vibrations down the candle massaging the Tympanic Membrane (eardrum) and increases Blood and Lymph Circulation and creates a feeling of wellbeing.
