stress chemicals such as cortisol and noradrenaline. It helps reverse the damaging effects of stress by slowing heart rate, respiration and metabolism and lowering blood pressure.
Stronger massage stimulates blood circulation to improve the supply of oxygen and nutrients to body tissues and helps the lymphatic system to flush away waste products. It eases tense and knotted muscles and stiff joints, improving mobility and flexibility.

All our facials are done using locally sourced Weleda Products or Pinks Boutique Organic Skincare for lovely healthy radiant skin naturally Great quality products made without animal testing or petrochemicals, No synthetic fragrances, chemicals, parabans or preservatives
Spa Ritual Manicures
A lovely relaxing manicure with a difference! A 60 Minute treatment with the gorgeous Spa Ritual Products which are not only Eco friendly but use natural colours and no synthetic dyes!
This treatment also comes with Therasoft natural heated mittens, a great natural alternative to paraffin wax. These unique self heating mitts, with Soyaffin, a nourishing serum of soya, beeswax and shea butter, are hygienic and disposable and provide deep heat therapy for up to 30 minutes of bliss without the use of paraffin!
Corporate Events
We also offer on site massage for corporate events, all done on our massage chair, which is a great way to revitalize and motivate staff!

Person centred Counselling and hypnotherapy is available on Thursdays, on Mondays and Fridays after 3pm and on Satirdays 9am - 3pm with our new therapist Maggie please call or text for further information on these services
