These treatment help to promote healing and well being, relieve stress, balance emotions and aid in the healing of physical pain.

Reiki
Reiki means universal life force energy. A reiki practioner taps into this energy force and channels it through their hands into the clients body.
During a treatment the reiki practitioner places his hands on certain positions around the head, stomach, knees and feet. If the client feels uncomfortable with direct contact then the practitioner can work in a hands off way. The client remains fully clothed throughout the treatment as reiki can travel through anything even plaster cast.
Treatment generally last for 1 hour and take place on a massage table. The client will be made comfortable at all times and a blanket and pillows will be provided. If the client has any issues with lying down then treatment can take place on a chair.

Colour Light Therapy
Colour Light Therapy was developed by Peter Mandel. The treatment itself involves the therapist shining coloured light onto specific accupuncture points and other points discovered through Mandel's research. The light is shined onto these points with the torch instrument shown below. The therapist radiates the specific points from thirty seconds to one minute per point. The points are located on different areas of the body and it will be necessary in some cases to remove items of clothing, in order to radiate these points. There will be blankets and cushions provided to ensure you remain comfortable at all times.
