My name is Christelle Stockdale and my passion is helping my clients to achieve optimum health, well-being and vitality with natural healing methods.

In practice since 2010, I trained over 5 years at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, graduating in Naturopathic and Herbal Medicine, including training in anatomy and physiology, pathology, clinical skills, and pharmacology and am a registered Naturopath with the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners. I am constantly updating my skills with new courses and combine the latest research, supplements and functional lab tests with traditional remedies. As well as nutrition and herbs I have trained in and offer several other treatment modalities in order to provide the best combination for each patient. This can include Herbs, Nutrition, Detoxification, Bach Flower Remedies, Breathing exercises, Ear Acupuncture, Iridology, Massage Therapy, Reiki, Scenar and Yoga Therapy.

I will work with you to devise a treatment plan tailored uniquely to you as I believe in treating the person and not the disease!

I welcome people with any kind of health issue or concern from acute to chronic and have a particular interest and expertise in:

• Skin conditions including eczema and psoriasis

I also teach workshops and run herb walks.
