Pamper Parties
Perhaps you've heard of complementary therapies, but have never had the time to explore them? Or you're not sure if they're for you? Well a Pamper Party is designed to give you the chance to try something new, and to see if you would like to have a full treatment another time.
How do they work?
Four to seven friends gather at one person's house for the evening. Michaela will come to the house and give a brief introductory talk on reflexology - what is, how it works and what benefits you may get from having the treatment.
A treatment area is set up in a quiet room with relaxing music and candles (as the hostess sees fit), and guests take it in turns to a have a mini 20 minute treatment.
How much does it cost?
£15 for 20 minutes of reflexology per person.
