Crystal Therapy
A wonderfully relaxing therapy which permeates the layers of the human energy field and thus into the body. The result is in an air of “getting things done” and a sense of feeling at one with yourself and your environment. After a short consultation simply slip off your shoes and enjoy the session, which is individually prescribed and a selection of oils,creams and lotions available if required, for home use.
Unified Healing
A beautiful and very deep healing therapy. which brings into alignment the mind body and soul’s energy centres. Various crystals are used throughout this ttreatment, although not laid on as in Crystal Healing. You will feel their presence during the session. Why not be one of the first to experience this kind of therapy. There are only three therapists in the country who are currently able to offer this.
Ayurvedic Face lift massage (Mukabhyanga)
A super method of keeping away the wrinkles. This massage relaxes the face muscles and stimulates the micro-circulation and the lymph flow, thereby promoting the regeneration of healthy, younger looking skin. It also activates the natural metabolism of the skin tissue and improves muscle tone, thereby improving the skin’s natural capacity to retain moisture. The massage gives the skin a smooth texture and appearance together with a healthy glow.

Foot detox/spa
Have you shopped ‘til you dropped?. Why not bring a friend and have a soothing foot treatment/energiser. Just imagine slipping your feet into a wonderful warm spa for a while then receiving a deeply penetrating massage to finish.
Seated chair massage
Again a deeply penetrating massage of back, neck and shoulders for stress and tension. This is short sharp 15 minute session. The chair is portable and is a must for those who sit at a desk all day. Also available Crystal enhanced massage.
