In my career as a hypnotherapist I have helped people in many areas from smoking, weight loss, phobias, confidence building, public speaking plus many more.

What is Hypnosis?Hypnosis or hypnotherapy is completely a 100% natural state of mind.
When people experience hypnosis for the first time the feedback is always that the client felt ‘completely and utterly relaxed’ a feeling where you just feel an overwhelming sense of comfort, a feeling you’ll just want to last and last and last. By attaining this level of relaxation and with the help of a trained hypnotherapist you can achieve your goals by working with the subconscious part of the mind and adding positive and life changing suggestions, thus becoming healthier, more confident, happier, a non-smoker, what ever it is you want.
How does hypnosis work?Hypnosis is actually much more simple than it sounds.
When we use hypnosis we work with the subconscious part of the mind, which is situated at the right hand side of the brain. The other side of the brain, the right hand side, is where the conscious part is located.
During our waking day we use the conscious part of the brain, for instance, when we are chatting, looking at things and working out what is logical. The subconscious part of the brain is the part that controls all our habits, emotions and fears, we can exploit this part of the brain by using hypnotherapy by implementing new suggestions to adjust the way we think and behave, we can also change habits or eliminate fears. During this process the conscious mind closes down therefore allowing the suggestions to channel through to the subconscious part of our minds.
Once these suggestions are embedded it causes a new trade of thought therefore causing us to behave differently and make those changed whether is be stopping smoking, losing weight, confidence or eliminate a phobia...
