  Abhyanga (Full body oil massage)
  Is a traditional and therapeutic way of oil anointment, wherein the Oil is carefully chosen by the ayurvedic physician according to the body constitution of each individual (Body constitution is unique for each and every individual).
  Is a sought after procedure in rejuvenation and for retaining the muscular tone of one’s body. Helps in preventing scaling and wrinkle formation; decelerates ageing process of an individual, serves as a muscle relaxant and analgesic, improves resistance and tone of the musculature, helps reduce joint stiffness/pain. Accelerates recovery from fatigue. Alleviates conditions like Spondylosis, sleep disorders, and hastens paralytic recuperation, and of course imparts general well being.

  Elakizhi (Medicated bolus bag massage.)
  A procedure where in the therapy is initiated with a general body massage followed by massage with medicated bolus bags
  Sought after procedure in the management of various conditions of Arthritis, Spondylosis, Sciatica, Sports Injury management, and pains affecting Joints, muscles and the skeletal system.
  The medicated bolus bags are prepared of leaves sorted out chopped and
  cooked in different oils- so as to enhance the healing effect.

  Podikizhi(Herbal powder bag massage).
  A procedure in which body is massaged using bags of herbal powders, unlike the other procedure is mostly dry but may vary according to the condition of the body. Efficient in Arthritis with or without inflammation, LBA, Paralysis, pain of the muscles and joints, and chronic injuries of the muscles.
  The powder is prepared from herbs which are dried and finely grounded and processed in selected medium and used accordingly.

  Sirodhara (Oil flow over the forehead)
  A classical ayurvedic therapeutic modality where in oil is judiciously poured over the forehead in uninterrupted thin streams in a pendulous motion to the sides of the forehead, for a certain period of time supported with concurrent head massage. A sought after procedure for relieving Stress and strain related grievance, bestows sharper and clearer sensory perception i.e., Vision, Auditory-hearing and Olfactory-Smell. Promotes better sleep reduces the occurrence of insomnia, improved memory, relief in migraine, helps alleviate stress/strain related anxiety, regularises blood pressure and other neurological malfunctions.

  Njavarakizhi (Rice bolus massage)
  A highly nourishing massage with specially prepared rice wound in small bags. Is a stabilising fomentation technique employed in neurological disorders, paralytic recuperation, muscular dystrophy, later stages of rheumatism, arthritis, muscle wastage and sports injury management.
  Preparation: Njavara rice(Oryza sativa), is processed in Milk and medicated decoction, so as to use therapeutically.

  Udwarthanam (Powder massage)
  Unlike other massage Udwarthana is against the course of hair follicle and towards the direction of the heart, is much deeper and drier than the others. This procedure helps in the stimulation of the adipose tissue hence resulting in the breakdown of unwanted fat from the body. A sought after management of high cholesterol, people with body mass more than ideal stipulated norms, helps impart mobility to the joints, strengthens the muscles and refreshes the body. Successful in weight loss programmes.

  Nasyam (Herbal nasal infusion)
  A therapeutic procedure initiated by a head and neck massage followed by the administration of a selected liquid medium into each nostril. A procedure effective in headaches, sinusitis, migraine, facial paralysis(Bell’s palsy), and Rhinitis. A helps in the cleansing, purifying and strengthening of the nasal passages in turn allowing you to increase your respiratory capacity.
  Medium: Mostly herbal medicated oil, which will be unique for one’s condition.

  Siro Abhyanga (Indian head massage)
  A soothing massage of the head, neck and shoulder, commonly used in conditions like frozen shoulder, spondylosis and whiplash injuries. Eases neck and shoulder pain, relieves neck/ shoulder pain, relieves headaches and migraine, helps decelerate premature greying, hair loss, dry scalp and itching
