My name is Vennessa Atkinson-Reeks, I am a Holistic Therapist, Reiki Master Practitioner and Reflexologist.
I Practice in Alresford Hampshire and give Reiki Healing for Wessex Cancer Trust at their Winchester Cancer Support Centre, 68 St. George's Street, Winchester SO23 8AH.

MEMBER OF THE FEDERATION OF HOLISTIC THERAPISTS I am a professional and qualified Reflexologist and Reiki Master Practitioner.
Originally from Devon, I was brought up in a medical household where my father was a General Practitioner in Torbay, so I believe my caring nature and concern for the well-being of others must be in my blood!
The majority of my early adult life was spent living in Europe where I gained invaluable experience working within the health sector, a time I like to refer to as my "University of Life" years.
Today my work as a professional Reflexologist and Reiki Master Practitioner is something I am very passionate about. Being able to offer my clients the benefit of a relaxing Reflexology treatment or a spiritual Reiki Healing is my passion and means a lot to me.

Reflexology
Is a therapy which involves using the thumb and fingers to apply pressure to the feet and /or hands using specialised massage techniques, said to help correct imbalances throughout the body and help release blocked energy which helps to:-- REDUCE STRESS AND TENSION
- IMPROVE CIRCULATION
- INCREASE ENERGY LEVELS
- DETOXIFY AND CLEANSE THE BODY
- BOOST THE LYMPHATIC FUNCTION
- IMPROVE SKIN TONE AND CONDITION
- BALANCE THE NERVOUS SYSTEM
- IMPROVE SLEEP PATTERNS
- PROMOTE SELF-HEALING
Reflexology is a complimentary therapy, therefore if anyone is being treated for a serious medical condition it is advisable to get your GP’s / Consultants approval before you request an appointment for a Reflexology treatment.
Treatments last for approximately one hour, with the initial appointment including an extra 15mins free consultation. To receive maximum benefit from a Reflexology treatment I would suggested a course of 4/5 treatments.
Reiki Healing
Is a non-invasive holistic therapy, using energy flow from the Reiki practitioner’s hands, when placed on or near the recipient. Reiki is a gentle yet powerful type of energy treatment which helps to re-balance the whole person in mind, body and spirit. Benefits of Reiki may include:-- DEEP RELAXATION
