INTRODUCTION TO VINYASA FLOW YOGA

Vinyasa yoga is a flowing and dynamic style of yoga that links the breath to physical movement. By flowing in and out of the postures, each practice becomes a moving meditation sure to invigorate you body, mind and spirit. We will focus on the essentials of vinyasa yoga: sun salutations, breathwork, bandhas, and attention to proper alignment. Come learn more about this beautiful and fluid form of yoga in a safe, supportive and fun environment.
CLEANSE AND DETOXIFY WITH VINYASA YOGA
SATURDAY JUNE 18, 10am – 1pm, £20
Join me for a little Spring Cleaning! In vinyasa flow yoga, postures are linked together in a way that creates internal heat — a catalyst in creating change. We will work with postures designed to lengthen, squeeze and twist the body to facilitate the elimination of toxins and impurities while nurturing and supporting transformation. Details of alignment and safe practice will be emphasized along with encouragement to evolve, move, and have fun! Suitable for all levels.
