We are Independent Distributors for Herbalife Nutrition and Skin Care products and offer a very personal service designed for you.
The process starts with a 40 minute meeting to carry out a full Personal Wellness Evaluation, this is offered free of charge at the moment (normal value £45).
During this you will discover:
- Your Height & Weight
- Your overall Fat %
- Your level of Visceral Fat (the fat around your middle and inside your body)
- Your Body Mass Index
- Your Muscle Mass
- How well Hydrated you are.
- Your Bone Mass.
- Your Metabolic Rate
- Your Metabolic Age
From this information and a short health & diet questionnaire we will provide you with a full meal plan and nutrition advice to help you achieve your ideal body and health needs. We will show you how to get enough water, protein, healthy fats and healthy carbohydrates in your diet.
Your Personal Wellness Coach will follow up with you regularly to make sure you stay on track and motivated towards your goals. We love helping people to look and feel great it gives us and our clients enormous satisfaction to work towards this.
