Traditional Reiki Training Using Dr Mikao Usui's original methods
Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is an ancient hands-on holistic healing technique re-discovered and brought to the world in the early twentieth century by Mikao Usui.
It is a healing system which has been around for millennia, though it has been somewhat lost in time.
Usui Sensei spent much time meditating in the mountains trying to find this way of healing and when he finally did, he brought it to Japan, and then into the rest of the world spreading his enlightened knowledge and relatively simple teachings to everyone he taught.
It has helped millions of people worldwide in one way or another and, is a wonderful inspiring energy which is much needed in the world today.
His teachings finally spread into the western world through his students, Hyashi and Takata. My lineage can be traced directly back to Usui through my own Reiki Master and those Masters before her.
You can be assured that our Reiki courses are taught from the heart....
We offer levels one and two over a weekend course for those who wish to use Reiki for healing themselves and their extended families.
Our practitioner course is a year long and fully incorporates the core curriculum as recommended by The Reiki Council. You can be assured you will be fully supported as you begin the journey to helping others with your Reiki.
Our Master Teacher course is six months long and teaches you the practicalities of being a teacher of Reiki as well as the spiritual aspects you need to have the honour of passing on your knowledge and experience to others who have found the Reiki path.

Crystals have been growing beneath us since time began here on Earth many millions of years ago. The importance of the energy which crystals carry within them has been recognised by civilisations for millennia and we have been using them for all this time for their holistic healing and protective properties.
We even make use of them in modern technology - they can be found in watches, electronic gadgets and many other everyday items. These un-natural energies can upset the balance of our natural energy rhythm.
We are all made up of energy, it is within everything we are and everything around us. When we suffer stress, shock or other upset in our lives, it effects the way energy flows within us.
When this happens and our energy becomes blocked or the flow impaired, we may begin to feel the effects on a physical level through illness and disease.
When you learn to use crystals within therapy, you will learn how to dissolve blockages, absorb or redirect energy flow so that you can correct and ease illness and pain.

Day Workshops with White Rose Healing Alongside our range of professional qualifications, we offer a series of one day workshops covering aspects of holistic healing therapies which can be useful to the general public and trained therapists alike.
The workshops are written and presented with the aim of being both informative and interactive (with a bit of fun thrown in!), giving you a good working knowledge of the subject so that you can integrate it into your life or work.

We like to offer as wide a range of opportunities for you to learn something new so we have had the pleasure of arranging some fabulous workshops led by our fabulous guest tutors....
We have Feng Shui and Meditation from Paul Darby AKA The House Doctor, Keys of Awareness from Rachel at Illustrious Artwork, Cat Treadwell advising in all matters Druid, Graham Palk teaching us about spiritual defence, preventative healing and much more.....and that's just for starters!

2011 Events We also have lots of events going on throughout the year from crystal sale days to ladies and gents pampering days to days of talks on the most interesting spiritual subjects. We will also be running readers evenings next year, plus introducing Children's Clinics with some fab child focused therapists and healers.......every Friday is Coffee and Cake day and we're open for you to come along and have a chat, maybe try and taster treatment and generally get to know us here at White Rose :)
