Some people come to meditation because they have heard about mindfulness and meditation and are curious about how it could improve their quality of life. Others meditate to enhance their creativity or to improve performance in their chosen sport.
You may be looking for a way to experience less anxiety or to reduce your stress.
Whatever your reasons for choosing to meditate, you may be surprised how quickly you feel calmer and more relaxed.
Classes and one-to-one tuition I run a series of group classes, where you can learn to meditate in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

Each session includes plenty of time for short practice sessions and the chance to ask questions and discuss your experience.
I also run one-to-one sessions in Bewdley for people who cannot come to a class, or who prefer to have individual tuition.
For all sessions, people practice meditation sitting in a chair as this is the most comfortable way to practice.
