Welcome to Sally Worth Yoga
Sally is dedicated to sharing Yoga as a way of life and to showing people how, with simple techniques, they can help themselves to better health and vitality and to lead a less stressful life.
"My life's purpose is to assist others to discover the life changing benefits that Yoga has brought me for themselves. I like to work with the Yoga principle of 'Ahimsa' or compassion. I invite students to start from where they are and encourage and support them as they take their own steps on the Yogic path of self-development, self-esteem, wisdom and connection to their own inner teacher. Yoga has so many different approaches and such a variety of techniques to offer that it really is for every body."
'Teaching is not an imposition of the teacher's will over that of the pupil, not at all. Teaching starts with freedom and ends with freedom.' Vanda Scaravelli Yoga Teacher and author of "Awakening the Spine".

Complementary health recognises illness and disease as an opportunity to do something about your life.
The body continually strives to be healthy since this is its natural state. The pressures of modern day life together with social conditioning, unbending attitudes, judgements and beliefs cause the body to become rigid and tight which over a period of time will lead to illness and dis-ease. When our thoughts are in tune and in harmony with nature, then the body is able to flow more easily with the ups and downs of life's events. If the mind and emotions are in conflict and turmoil then the body becomes distressed and gives out signals which we call 'symptoms of dis-ease'.
Life can be an interesting journey of experiences filled with exciting challenges. To reap the most from life we need to see each difficulty as an opportunity for growth and change, to become a wiser, stronger more compassionate person.
