Yoga practice is open to and can benefit everyone.
You don't need to be super flexible, fit or strong, postures can be adapted to suit all levels of ability and for any contra indications.
It is a curative and preventative therapy for illness and ailments, what makes it so powerfully, effective is its holistic approach of harmony and unification, bringing together the mind, body, breath and spirit.
Classes work to build strength and suppleness throughout the body and improve focus and concentration in the mind.
My aim is to work with individuals whatever level you may be to get you where you want to be
No special equipment is needed, spare mats are available and yoga is done in bare feet. Just bring yourself in loose/stretchy comfortable clothing, you may also like to bring a warm sweater or blanket for relaxation at the end. Small friendly classes delivering yoga with a smile.
