Always growing together .....
Welcome to Yogalution!
Let’s keep this simple: Life can get tough and we need to find strategies for dealing with the hard times.
Yoga can help: Yoga is not about what our body can’t do, it’s about what our body can do. Practising Yoga postures trains our mind for success. Attempting physical moves that we find difficult prepares us mentally to face challenges in our lives and find a path through them.
A Small note: I have had children and I am getting older. My body aches in the morning in cold weather and my belly muscles will never be fully repaired and as time goes on I will find that I need a longer warm up before postures, that I have spent all my adult life doing. The point is…
When I practice Yoga I breathe better, I think and focus more clearly; I relax more fully and I respond to the people around me more cheerfully. Yoga helps me to be, the me that I want to be..and it can help you to become the person you want to be too.

Yoga will:- Strengthen the muscles and encourage good posture. It will also help to establish good breathing and a good night’s sleep.
- Help to develop positive body image, making anorexia, bulimia, depression and obesity less likely. It will also help to balance moods, calming anxiety and anger.
- Work with all children, regardless of need though different strategems must be used by a skilled practitioner to deliver sessions that take into account need, age and preferred learning styles.
