This year is the tenth anniversary of the company and has resulted in the birth of my new venture, taking on my usual role as the 'Yoga Doctor'. To help and provide you with practical advice regarding Yoga and Meditation.
I also provide Yoga and Meditation media for a small charge for your own personal development.
In today’s fast moving world, we are constantly searching for that elusive place of calm; our own piece of Shangri-La. My aim is to help you find balance and contentment within your life by providing you with the tools and knowledge to release the coiled springs of tension that bind us and suppress our true potential.

Yoga Nidra CDs Yoga Nidra (With Sankalpa)
Yoga Nidra, means Psychic sleep, (sleep of the mind not the body). You will feel on the borderline of sleep and wakefulness, you will have inner awareness and contact with your subconscious and higher consciousness. You will be brought to a state of deep relaxation. This practice can be used to help with sleeplessness but you should remain awake whilst I guide you through Yoga Nidra. What will happen? I will ask you to concentrate on 76 parts of your body, your body will gradually become introverted which in turn causes the withdrawal of the senses at that part of your body. This will result in tension being released, your mind clearing and thoughts becoming more powerful.
A Sankalpa (resolve) is made during the practice. You need to have your Sankalpa before we begin. Something that is of great importance to you, just a short sentence that will be embedded in your subconscious. Using this method you can change old habits and create new ones to improve your life. You need to practice regularly.
You may experience feelings of weightlessness, heaviness, heat or cold.
Feel Time Stand Still
This Yoga Nidra will allow you to feel as though time has stopped. Allowing you to release all tension and let go of all thought. It will help to clear your mind and reduce any physical tension you may be holding, leaving you with a sense of wellbeing.
You need to make sure you are comfortable and will not be disturbed, turn off your phone. Follow my instructions and allow peace and calm to flow through your mind and body.
You may experience feelings of weightlessness, heaviness, heat or cold, this is not unusual. I will bring you back into the present time at the end of the CD.
Relaxation CDs Find Your Inner Strength
This guided visulisation has been used with many of my Yoga students. I will take you to a quiet peaceful place walking though golden fields of corn to find your Majestic Oak Tree. You will find strength and confidence by listening to this track, just use it whenever you need to find your inner strength. All you need to do is listen to my voice and imagine you are walking in the country and the rest will fall into place. I will bring you back into the present time at the end of the session.

This guided visualisation is one of many that I have developed over the years to help people release the coiled springs of physical tension and to still the chattering of the 'monkey mind'. We are all entitled to peace and tranquility within our lives.
Meditation CDsFeelings of Happiness and Joy
This meditation, Feelings of Happiness and Joy, will take you to a time when you were experiencing these feelings, it will allow you to remember how you felt and to relive that experience. To encourage these feelings of happiness you need to listen to this track regularly and you will be able to keep these positive uplifting emotions with you. Make sure you are warm and will not be disturbed before you begin and enjoy the experience.
