YOGA CLASSES
At Yoga Satsanga Ashram in Hebron we are running classes in our beautiful yurt being used only for yoga, meditation, spiritual practices and alternative therapies to keep the spiritual vibration of yoga in there. Students are always requested to sit in silence while waiting for classes to start.
Current available classes: Mornings-
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 9:30 to 11Am Yoga Satsang Ashram, Hebron, Near Crymych
Evening Classes
Monday 6:30 to 8PM Small World Theatre, Cardigan
Tuesdays: 6:30to 8PM Queens Hall, Narberth
Our Classes includes quite sitting/ meditation, jattis/ warm-ups, asanas/postures pranayama/ breathe work and relaxation.
Ideally you can bring with you a yoga mat, a blanket or something warm for relaxation, wear loose comfy clothes and devote the time to you only in mind as well as body!

We also hold longer weekend or 4/5 day retreats for detox programmes. Please contact us for the next dates.
The programmes will be highly structured, to make sure your energy is thoroughly transformed by the end of the retreat! We expect you will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed as classes address your specific needs and problems, suitable for beginners and advanced students of Yoga.
We provide organic, home cooked food for the duration of your stay and can cater for special dietary requirements if you provide us with notice.
GROUP RETREATS
We can develop a programme to suit a group with specific needs, such as cooperative groups, special needs groups, or even a group of friends. Please call or email to discuss your requirements.
What else we can offer you?
If you are interested we also have some knowledge on yogic diet according to you body constitution.
Yantra, this is the science if number name and form that is also a part of classical Ashtanga Yoga, based on your birth date and name we can do a reading.
We can also advise on simple yoga therapy techniques to improve the condition of your body.
We can also work just on breathing techniques as there are many in this system and Pranayama is an advanced part of Yoga practice we could develop in 1:1 sessions. We will usually do some light practices in classes.
