Zen Aromatherapy massage and Reiki is a place to relax, to de-stress your mind, body and spirit In a tranquil environment, using pure essential oils specifically blended to enhance your Aromatherapy massage
I pride myself on giving the best service and treatment possible on a one to one basis in a relaxing, peaceful and safe environment, experiencing the wonderful aromas of the oils, touch and soothing music to lose yourself, away from the hustle and bustle of life
My therapies are tailored to meet your individual requirements whether it be a relaxing or deep tissue massage,
Aromatherapy massage can help all sorts of ailments, Muscular aches and pains, stress, fatigue, depression
headaches and migraines, hormonal problems, menopause.
I also offer massage to pregnant ladies and babies. I will show you some massage techniques so that you can massage your own baby.
A full consultation is taken on your first visit.
I have been a qualified Aromatherapist for over 20 years, and a Reiki Master 12 years, so have many years of experience,
I offer Reiki as a therapy should you be interested and can combine the two therapies if required
I also offer Spiritual counselling and readings.

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy massage is a wonderful relaxing treatment, complimented with the pure essential oils which are blended and tailor made for your requirements. Although Aromatherapy massage is relaxing, the benefits of massage go deeper, when the treatment is finished the oils continue to do their work in helping heal and repair your body.
I also offer Pregnancy massage, this can help with back pain, and general wellbeing and baby massage I can show you techniques on how to massage your baby, which forms a lovely bond with your baby, especially before bedtime, also colic, digestive, or just to soothe your baby. if you would like to know more then please contact me.

Reiki
Reiki is a very powerful treatment using the spiritual healing of the Universal Energy at master level, it is an not an invasive treatment, you are fully clothed.,Reiki healing can only help you never harm you.
The healing goes automatically to where the healing is needed. My aim is to help you get your body, mind spirit into balance therefore before I start a treatment, I check the chakras to see if there are any energy blocks in the body as this can stop the universal healing flowing through the body, after I have finished I will check to make sure that the chakra system is balanced, therefore the healing taking place in the body recovers quicker. Reiki can help with most ailments
- Physical symptoms, Aches and pains
- Sleep problems
- Emotional and Psychological problems, stress, anxiety, depression lack of self esteem
- General relaxation
- Can bring body back to balance when going through of having been through a Trauma, Grief, Relationship break up etc.

I am a Psychic, Clairvoyant, Tarot reader spiritual counsellor. I have been giving readings for over 10 years, I tune into your energy field and use the tarot cards along with my psychic and clairvoyant abilities am able to help you on your life's journey and experiences.
I am a genuine and empathetic reader and can help you with all aspects of your life, be it career, finances, relationships, or just life in general I love being able to help people through my readings and feel it is a privilege to be able to do so.
sometimes when giving readings someone who has passed over may come through in the reading, but I cannot guarantee this will happen if this does happen I am happy to pass the message on to you, but I will always ask your permission beforehand.
