Zen Zone is situated in Ballinaskeagh, Banbridge. At Zen Zone you can receive a variety of healing therapies to help your body to deal with today's hectic lifestyle. You can receive Swedish Massage to release the tension from your back, neck and shoulders or a Reiki Combo, massage and Reiki healing. You can benefit from essential oils massage with the plant or herbs life force essence absorbed by your body.
Reiki healing is a wonderfully relaxing, totally natural and safe therapy. Reiki works on your body, mind and soul.

GUARDIAN ANGELS WORKSHOP IN November & Decemebr 2018
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a new therapy which helps to release emotional blockages. This concentrates on the meridians of the body, a little like acupressure.
Heal Your Life Workshop is based on the work of the queen of positivity, Louise L Hay. You will clear the negative effects of past conditioning, learn to accept yourself the way you are and focus on the empower life you were always to have.
REIKI II HEALING WORKSHOP - October 2018
Obtain your professional qualification in this ancient Japanese healing art.
Your healing energy will be increased and you will learn absent healing. This Workshop is only available to those working with and who have obtained their Reiki I qualification
2 day workshop delivered over a weekend.
