Chickenpox

Chickenpox is a highly contagious disease caused by the herpes varicella zoster virus (VZV). The disease will cause a blistering skin rash and produce other symptoms such as fever, itching, runny nose, cough and a sore abdomen. Chickenpox recovers naturally however treatments for the symptoms include medication, calamine lotion to soothe the skin, homoeopathy, herbal remedies, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and acupressure.
